I made a thing… it’s a planner:

This planner was designed by a fellow recovering people pleaser. For any of you, like me, who need a regular reminder to take space, say no, and find peace with your newfound boundaries: I wrote this for you. I also wrote this with neurodivergent folks in mind – though it’s based on my personal experience and not expertise. It’s written to do “your way” on your timeline – this is not a typical planner…
Are you an overworked, overwhelmed, people-pleaser? Let’s make some space for you in your life.
This Planner is written to start at any point in the year – it is organized into weeks without specifying dates so that you get to start your goals for the next year at whichever date you choose. I have never been one to follow social norms, so I’ve organized this planner with flexibility in mind.
Example: if you forget about the planner for a while… just pick up wherever you left off, like no time passed! Here, you can commit to a year – and it doesn’t need to be consecutive weeks for success. (Honestly, you don’t even need to do the weeks in order – use a random number generator for simple random sampling without replacement if you want to invoke some chaos. I would love to hear about how that turns out! Do it your way.)
Use the questions to guide your goals for the year, set specific actions, and then check in with those goals throughout the planner pages.
